Court Matter: Kelvin Lucciano Sues Harrysong

Nigerians are about to witness another legal battle between a record label and an artiste… Kelvin Lucciano, QuestionMark CEO and the current PMAN Chairman have headed for the law court to get an injunction against Okiri Tare Harry popularly known in the Nigerian music circle as Harrysong. We learnt Kelvin Lucciano is suing Harrysong for walking out of the music contract deal he has with QuestionMark and went ahead to sign a new deal with another record label while he is still having an ‘existing’ deal with QuestionMark.
