What Is The Difference Between Hon. Farouk Lawan & The Police Officer Caught On Camera Soliciting Bribe?

Sgt. Chris Omeleze was caught on camera soliciting for N25,000 bribe,for this ,he got a dismissal..Hon Faruk Lawan was caught on camera receiving $660,000 bribe from Femi Otedola but he still remains a member of the House of Representatives. Reminds me of the book Animal Farm..All Animals are equal but some Animals are more equal than the other..With these two glaring examples,what’s the difference between Hon Lawan and Sgt Omeleze?
