LASG Seals I-Fitness Lekki, Over Indiscriminate Discharge of Waste

The Lagos State Wastewater Management Office (LSWMO) on Tuesday 23rd June, 2026, sealed-off I-Fitness Gym, Jakande Round-about, Lekki Peninsula, Eti-Osa, Lagos, over indiscriminate discharge of raw sewage into public drains via pipe, thereby causing public nuisance and environmental pollution as well as endangering human health.

Lagos State government reiterates the need for the public to adhere strictly to proper wastewater management practices, noting that any individual or organisation found contravening environmental regulations will be meted with appropriate sanctions and possible prosecution in accordance with the enabling laws.
