The 7th edition of Beachwalk,a fitness walk organized by Danzefx Studios is scheduled to take place this Saturday 9th January, 2015. The Beachwalk is the ultimate New Year Walking Workout Party-FW7; a fun, endurance Fitness Walk pimped with fat-melting dance steps to make you burn calories while having a blast.

According to the convener, Tinuke, a Dancer, Fitness Practitioner and Wellness Coach,

 “Beachwalk is simply walking on sand, it is an endurance and dance exercises to help people improve their fitness wellness leisurely. And I call it Walking Workout Party 

I’m trying create a sellable fun and exciting walk and dance routine that can be adapted into people’s lifestyle. 
The brand is passionate about sensitizing people on the risk of living sedentary lifestyle, creating the awareness that physical activity doesn’t have to be complicated or boring and let people know how be active and learn what to do to be in control of their wellness 
From experience, we have a couple elderly people, I mean 50+ men and women doing 7.5km walk without previous physical preparation, without even realizing that they could achieve so much. This is because of the fun and pleasurable way we have been doing it. The brand is suitable for everyone, young and old, physically fit or deficient, we haven’t had any medical issue, exhaustion for the past 6 editions”
