In whatever kind of event, service boys play a very important role in the success of the entire event be it a wedding, birthday, corporate event etc. Most Nigerian parties cannot run successfully without the help of service boys. However, aside the major roles the boys are hired for, you findout that they sometimes become a suspect, having Issues with the bouncers at the event. Below are the bad habits of service boys.. 1. They are badly dressed
2. Nagging at clients
3. They talk too much
4. Pretending not to hear that they are been called to serve the client
5. Not sure of what they are called upon to do
6. They take your order and not come back
7. They steal from unsuspecting guests
8. They divert food meant for guest
9. They don’t declare unused items.
10. They sell reminants to dog rearers

    So much love this … Cos its very common to dem all .. I run an ushering outfit and I know how difficult it is to manage d servers and d ushers together , aside all you mentiond , dere ar a whole lots of things dey still do BUT I will also like us to look it in dis direction , are they well paid? Cos ion think if dey r well paid, this list will not av been full dis way… ‘Most’ times, dey serve d catereer more than what they get …e.g, dis same servers will b d ones to upload, set, wash , count and off load vis vas and still serve guests… And @ d end of it all, dey get #1000 only for a stressful job as packing, uploading, arranging , serving , clearing, washing, offloading and all… Its a good post u have here but I think if they are well paid and trainned, this list might reduce to 1 . Thank you.

    I supposot all the suggestion made by Mr wole. am also into this business and I knw what it takes before we can make it agood service boys in any event. Another crucial point is that most of the guest takes we the service boys like a begger and talk to us as if we nt a man made by God
