Former NUNS President Segun Okeowo Dies At 73

Former president of the National Union of Nigeria Students, NUNS, Segun Okeowo, is dead. Mr. Okeowo led nationwide students protest against the Olusegun Obasanjo-led military government in the late 1970s during the famous ‘Ali Must Go’ era. He died at about 6.30 a.m. on Tuesday at Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, at the age of 73.
