Bunmi Sobowale, in a live tweet facilitated by the National Coordinator of Walk Against Rape Nigeria and author of Breaking the Silence; Esther Ijewere-Kalejaiye, she narrated her experience of sexual abuse as a child and surviving two incidents of rape at the hands of supposed male friends.
It is a heart breaking narrative and its horrifying that these men, rapists have no idea how dehumanising rape is,they had the gut to come back and ask her to be friends with them…..
