NOLLYWOOD VETERAN ACTOR PETE ENEH PASSES ON

Barely a month after one of his legs was amputated due to an improperly treated leg infection which doctors said could cost him his life, veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Eneh, has passed on to join his ancestors.

The actor, famous for his fatherly role, passed on at exactly 1.30p.m. on Thursday at the Enugu State Teaching Hospital. His death was confirmed by the Special Assistant to the Enugu State Governor on Media, Afam Okereke, who is also an actor.

Fondly called Pat Eneh, the veteran has featured in several life lesson-packed movies.

The President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Ibinabo Fiberesima, has promised to provide more information on Mr. Eneh’s death.
