Beyonce has finally stepped out a month after the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter. Beyonce attended the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation event where her husband JayZ was to perform. Beyonce complimented her red dress with a four inch sparkling embellished Christian Louboutin heels, a gold Alexandra McQueen clutch and jewellery by  Ofira and Lorrain Schwartz.
