Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Atanda Olayiwola Adeyemi has passed on.

H.E.B gathered that the monarch died on Friday at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti, late Friday.
The remains of the monarch have been brought to Oyo in the early hours of Saturday (today).

He died at the age of 83.
