APPLE COSMETICS TO REWARD HAIR STYLIST OF THE YEAR 2012.

Leading hair care range producer, N. N. Fems Industries Limited makers of Apply hair cosmetics yesterday unveiled “Apple Hair Stylist of the Year 2012” competition. The competition is marking the company’s 20th anniversary in the industry.

According to the Acting General Manager, N. N. Fems Industries Limited, C. R. E. Okeke “the company’s philosophy is to give the best to consumers and that is why for two decades we have focused on the cardinal point of beautifying African women”. Apple products rank among the best across Africa and the company is ready to continue to deliver the very best and the latest in the industry”.

Okeke revealed that with Apple hair care range, which is in the winning category of the market, the company is set to collaborate with foreign cosmetics formulation experts to launch into the market her skin care range.

“The competition is to source out the best talents in hair styling, motivate the creativity in hair styling and reward them so as to further empower them to reach the acme of perfection in their careers”, he said.

Speaking at the event, the National Sales Manager, N. N. Fems Industries Limited, Nasiru Ahmed, “we want use this competition to educate the general public especially ladies on the complete range of products to use to get the best relaxed hair as well as to also increase awareness on the safe and effective relaxing process against the conventional use of relaxers alone’.

The Star Prize for the competition is a brand new Hyundai Accent car, 1st runners up – 1 million worth of salon development, 2nd runners up N500,000 worth of salon development with lots of consolation prizes.

Intending participants will buy an anniversary pack that contains the entry form for only N3,000. Completed forms can be submitted at the spot of purchase, e-mail or post and N.N. Fems depots across the country.

Entries for the competition began yesterday to close on the 31st October, 2012. The event will comprise of four rounds, starting with the participation round, zonal, semi-final and the grand finale, which will take place in Lagos
